I'm Chelsea — and I've been doing nails for going on a decade. Not because it was the easy path. Because I couldn't stop thinking about what this industry was getting wrong, and I wanted to build something that got it right. Dragonfly Nail Lounge is a private, one-client-at-a-time nail suite tucked into the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Newport, Tennessee. There is no waiting room. No one rushing to the next appointment while you're still in the chair. No shared basins, no shortcuts, no apologies for taking time. Just you, in a space built intentionally around your appointment, where nothing is rushed and nothing is skipped. Every service starts with a dry Russian manicure prep — precision e-file technique that creates cleaner cuticle work, better adhesion, and results that last longer than what most salons offer. Every product that touches your skin or nails is HEMA-free, TPO-free, and cruelty-free. Every appointment ends with a sugar scrub, an herbal lotion massage, and hot towels — because that's just what an appointment here looks like, regardless of what's on the books. People don't come here just for their nails. They come because they need an hour that belongs entirely to them. The nails are just the reason they booked. The feeling is what they come back for. Cancellation Policy

Policies Dragonfly Nail Lounge is a private, one-client-at-a-time suite. These policies exist to protect your experience, my time, and the clients booked around you. Thank you for taking a moment to read them. Booking All services are by appointment only and require a card on file at the time of booking. New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit to reserve their appointment. This deposit is applied toward your service total. Clients must be 16 or older. No additional guests, no exceptions — this is a private suite and your appointment time is yours alone. Cancellations & No-Shows Life happens and I completely understand that. What I ask is that you communicate with me as early as possible. Cancellations with 24 or more hours notice will receive a full deposit refund or transfer to a future appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in deposit forfeiture. This time cannot be filled on short notice and represents lost income that cannot be recovered. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. *Clients with 5 or more late cancellations, 5 or more late arrivals, or 3 or more no-shows will no longer be able to book appointments. Arrival Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is extended as a courtesy — late arrivals may result in reduced service time or limited design options at my discretion. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. This protects the clients booked after you. Health & Hygiene Please arrive with clean hands and feet. Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, have any active symptoms, or have been recently exposed to illness. Active fungal and bacterial infections cannot be treated and will require rescheduling. Please disclose any skin conditions, infections, or nail concerns prior to your appointment so I can prepare appropriately. Appointments may be declined or rescheduled if these standards are not met. This is never personal — it is how I protect everyone, including you. A Few More Things Complimentary repairs are available within 72 hours of your appointment for any service-related issues. All services are non-refundable once completed. Final investment may vary based on length, nail condition, and any add-ons selected at your appointment. Investments are subject to change.
